It's simple, you can schedule a 5-minute virtual session with Santa through our Booking Calendar. You answer a few simple questions (what is your child's name, what would they like for Christmas, what Santa should know about them). Then you pay and book. You will get an email with our Zoom Link in it. On the day of the session, you will go on the Zoom link 5 minutes before your appointed time, and then Santa will let you in to the meeting!

You and your child(ren) will have 5 minutes to talk with Santa. We will email you a picture from the session after it is over, as well as the video recording of the session if that is the package you chose.

All you need to know is how to use Zoom on your computer or phone. We just need you on the Zoom link with your video, microphone, and sound on 5 minutes before the meeting and we take care of the rest!

Absolutely, if you do not have a computer handy, you can use your phone instead for your Zoom session with Santa. However, we suggest using a computer if you have one, since children can hold a longer attention span with a bigger screen.

If you are having technical issues before the your session, please email us at hohoho@meetsantaonzoom.com with your phone number. We will call you to help with your technical issue. If a technical issue keeps you from your meeting with Santa, we can reschedule your session for another time.

If you have chosen to get a recording with Santa, we will email you a link to the recording along with a special password by the following evening after your Zoom session.

All video recordings are downloadable. They will be taken off our cloud storage on January 15th.

Yes! Each session is 5 minutes long so, if you'd like, you can have multiple children meet with Santa on one session or you can book a session for each of your children. It is completely up to you!

If you need to reschedule your meeting before or during your session because your child is misbehaving, we allow you to have one free reschedule so that your child can feel calm and happy while speaking with Santa.

Yes, we allow cancellations up until 24 hours before your scheduled session. We also allow one reschedule for you.

No, you can be in any time zone. Our booking calendar automatically populates meeting times based on your time zone, so you do not need to worry about it!

We have all recordings in our cloud for 3-weeks, so please download your recording at your earliest convenience!
